These terms govern this website. They do not govern the services we provide; those are governed by a signed agreement.

These terms govern the website only. Voice agents, infrastructure, connectivity and support are provided under a separate signed agreement. If the two conflict, the signed agreement governs the service.
About these terms
These terms are between you and Aldaria, a company registered in Singapore. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top of this page show the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Use of the site
You may view, print and share the public pages for lawful, internal business purposes. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaches any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the portal, a server or a connected system;
- interfere with the availability or integrity of the site, including by flooding, scraping at a rate that degrades service, or introducing malicious code;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- remove or obscure a copyright, trademark or attribution notice;
- use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications.
We may suspend access to the site or the portal where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, or where necessary to protect the service or another person.
No offer of service
The content on this site is informational. It is not an offer, a quotation or a commitment to provide any service on any particular terms. Descriptions of capabilities, latency targets, availability targets and deployment models are indicative and are agreed in a written contract before they become binding.
We do not publish a rate card. A deployment is scoped in writing with an engineer. Sending a contact form, requesting a portal account or downloading a document does not create a contract, a client relationship or an obligation to provide access.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, diagrams, code and the Aldaria name and marks are owned by Aldaria or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the site for the purposes described above. No other rights are granted.
You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link, but you may not reproduce a page, a diagram or a dataset in full, or use our marks, without our prior written permission. Requests can be sent through the contact form.
Third-party links
The site may link to a third-party site, map or service. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's terms.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that the content is complete, accurate or current. Technical descriptions may change as the platform changes.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection law where it applies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldaria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the public site is limited to the amount stated in the applicable order form. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, or to a claim under a separate signed agreement for services, which is governed by that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise. Before starting a claim, please write to us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
